PCB terminal block, 2624 Series, operating tool

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2624-3306) is the ideal way to connect conductors quickly and securely. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they determine the product's suitability for different applications. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 41 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 10 mm and 12 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. Dimensions: 44 x 20.3 x 16.3 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². It has one level. Six potentials can connect six poles using the six clamping points The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
