<p>This application-based license is specifically designed for use with CODESYS Virtual Control for Linux SL. It includes 512 I/O channels and supports an application size of up to 3 MB. Suitable hardware platforms include WAGO Edge Computers (Order No.: 752-9400; 752-9401; 752-9800; 752-9412; 752-9813).</p><p> </p><p>These licenses are hardware-independent and can be used across multiple products, offering maximum flexibility when selecting devices. After this period, the runtime system will shut down and must be restarted manually. The functionality of demo mode is not restricted, but unlicensed functions have a shorter demo runtime (e.g., fieldbuses operate for 30 minutes).</p><p> </p><p><b>License Check</b></p><p>When an application-based license is available on the controller, all criteria are checked against the limit stored in the license. If any criteria exceed the defined limit, the application download or boot application loading will be blocked. No transition to demo mode occurs.</p><p>This prevents the system from reverting to a time-limited demo mode during production.</p>
